We have a Brother MFC-JDW which is running on the network and users can print ok, however when they try and scan they try and scan to email the printer beeps at them and displays a message "Check Connection" no error codes I was able to test that the configuration for the email is correct because when you submit the settings you are able to send a test message which I was able to verify that it was received.
