Finally, I went back onto my laptop, and looked through some forum posts on a bunch of sites, where I found a suggestion to run a program called ComboFix. I ran the program, followed the instructions on the ComboFix website, and after it had finished it deleted 3 files and rebooted my computer.
Sure enough, my computer is now running as good as ever. Anyway, I just made this post to be safe, and get an expert to make sure my computer has no leftover infections. Here is the ComboFix log: ComboFix Other Deletions.
