Any unpaid fees or shortfalls must be paid prior to the start of the event, or entry is canceled without recourse. Competitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs, children or guests. A competitor whose dogs, children or guests create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Event Organizing Committee, be asked to leave the test site.
