Locate messages, people, and documents. What is a Windows Live email account? Is it an email account whose address is live. You say ' sign on '. In Windows Live Mail, you may be asked either to sign in to Windows Live: or to log on to a mail server: Does either of these screenshots resemble the request you're seeing?
You mention having tried all of the suggestions. This doesn't tell us much at all. Which suggestions have you tried? If none of this makes any sense, perhaps you're not using Windows Live Mail at all.
